As we deal in food and spice items, this policy outlines the specific conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted, in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

48-Hour Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (Food Products)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery and only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is leaked or tampered
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.

How to Raise a Return or Refund Request (Within 48 Hours)

If you experience any of the above issues, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@jpmills.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos and/or video of the product and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  • Our team will review the submitted details
  • If approved, we will offer either:
    • A free replacement, OR
    • A refund, if replacement is not feasible

The final decision to provide a refund or replacement rests solely with J.P. Mills.

Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • Approved replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner availability

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Products that are opened or partially used
  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Issues related to taste preference or personal dislike
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
